Crystal Gel®
Used in our Meta insoles was developed for medical use and has biological safety (ISO10993), excellent durability, weather resistance, ozone resistance, chemical resistance (acid, alkali), and almost no degradation over time such as hydrolysis or shape deformation due to walking. It has no deformation due to hydrolysis, etc. over time or due to walking.
Elasticity: High elongation of more than 1000%.
High Density: Crystal Gel® has a bounce of approximately 80% compared to general high density polyurethane foam (bounce of 50-70%). *A 16.8g iron ball was dropped and measured the bounce.
Durability:
*Crystal Gel® is a stable material with no change in shape and physical properties even after “durability” flexural fatigue tests compared to our company's products.
Reference: Almost no change in shape and physical properties were observed after repeated stretching at 30 rpm x 350,000 times. (Equivalent to about 100 days at an average of 7,000 steps per day) “FOOT THERAPY STYLE®” The gel in the sole of the foot is made harder, so there is a mechanism to lightly stimulate the sole of the foot, providing moderate stimulation effect.
