Even the same piece of leather may be dyed unevenly due to differences in fiber density and thickness in different parts of the body.
Leather quality varies depending on the age of the animal, sex, living environment, breed, individual, body part, etc. Therefore, there is a possibility that the color and pattern may differ from the product photo.

Please note that we do not accept returns or cancellations due to uneven color or leather pattern.

Although we try to reproduce the actual color and texture as much as possible in the product photos, there may be slight differences in color between the image photo and the actual product due to differences in monitors and mobile device displays (differences in LCDs, brightness, etc.), screen settings, product photo shooting conditions, and other factors.
Please note that this does not constitute a product defect.

Care of leather products

1) Brush with a horsehair brush.

Carefully brush the surface, seams, and folds of the leather product to remove dust and fine dirt.

2) Use a leather cream, a little smaller than a coin, and apply it well with a cloth. We recommend that you take a small amount of the cream and apply it while blending it in. The cream will nourish the wallet, preventing it from drying out, increasing its luster, and preventing color fading and mildew.

(3) Wipe dry with a soft cloth and leave in a well-ventilated shade for about half a day to complete the care of the leather product.

Cancellation Policy

We do not accept cancellations due to customer's convenience.
Please be sure to check your order details on the order confirmation screen before completing your order to ensure that there are no errors in the contents.
To confirm your order information, please check "My Page" on the official website or the "Order Confirmation E-mail" sent to you after placing your order.

If your registered information is incomplete, such as an insufficient street address, delivery to an undeliverable area, or missing digits in your phone number, your order may be automatically cancelled.
Please place your order again with the correct address and phone number.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than initial product defects or incorrect delivery.

In case of defective or incorrectly shipped products, please contact us by e-mail within 7 days.
Please fill out the inquiry form and contact us.

For return procedures for products with major defects, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product by using the Contact Us page to inform us of your return.

*Please note that we are unable to accept returns of products that have been used or after the above date has passed.
*We will pay for the shipping costs of returning the product.

About Ordering

After completing your order, you can issue and print it from My Page.

If an error message is displayed on the order payment screen and payment cannot be made, the following causes may be considered.

If you have entered your credit card number incorrectly

・Restriction of use by credit card companies, carrier payment companies, or our reasons
・Support for your device has expired
・Environmental factors such as OS or browser version

If you place an order with no specification (shortest delivery time), we will arrange the following shortest delivery time.

Leather brand products will be shipped within 5 business days.
・Cut leather material products will be shipped within 5 business days.
・Tools/materials/hardware products will be shipped within 5 business days.
・One piece leather products will take 1 to 2 months to be shipped.

It takes 1 to 2 months to ship single-piece leather products. Please note that the delivery date may vary depending on the delivery area.
