革に型紙を乗せてカッターで裁断します。
裁断した革の内パーツ（型紙B）のトコを、毛羽立ちがなくなるまで磨きます。
インナーパーツ（型紙B）の合わせない部分のコバを磨きます。
インナーパーツ（型紙B）の継ぎ合わせ部分を２mm程度「ヤスリ」で削ります。
削った部分に「サイビノール」を塗って、アウターパーツ（型紙A）とインナーパーツ（型紙B）を貼り合わせます。
「菱目打ち」を使って縫い穴を開け、ロウ引きした糸で縫い合わせていきます。
終わりは「二目」返しで、針を革と革の間から出して結び目を作り、内側に引っ張り込みます。
コバを磨き終えて中央に折り目付けたら、完成となります。
